ROPS2 is an early warning and function management system designed to reduce the risk of mobile plant roll over.

When used with rollers, the system measures the tilt angle of the roll and warns the operator via a visual and audible alarm that the machine is approaching a potentially dangerous angle.

If the tilt angle increases to a greater pre-determined angle then the system shuts down and locks out the vibration function.

This patented technology was developed in-house by Conplant and is now used extensively in the industry including Conplant’s own hire fleet.
